Low-intensity pulsed ultrasound

The LipusPlus® uses a low-intensity pulsating ultrasound (LIPUS). The intensity of the ultrasound is 30mW / cm2 which means that enzyme stimulation is possible without high heat. There are three possible impulse frequencies that control how far the effect goes. The lower the impulse frequency, the deeper the ultrasound goes. Ultrasound causes regenerative and anti-inflammatory effects in biological tissues such as bone, cartilage, and tendons. A secondary effect is that energy will continue to activate the connective tissue in the treated area. The LipusPlus® Horse generator converts electrical energy into acoustic pressure waves, precisely controlling a low-frequency piezoelectric transducer. The transducer employed in LipusPlus® Horse represents the highest quality available in the market, ensuring a consistent emission of therapeutic waves. An internal microprocessor constantly monitors and fine-tunes the generated oscillatory movements to ensure both safety and optimal performance.

Magnetic Field

During the treatment with the LipusPlus®, magnetic energy is sent into the body. This energy works with the body's magnetic field to increase healing ability in the cells by increasing the amount of electrolytes and ions so that there is a greater charge within the cell. This creates better conductivity, which improves cell function and metabolism.  

Cold red infrared light

The cold infrared light in the LipusPlus® works by promoting cell repair, which increases blood circulation, stimulates metabolism, and helps to relax the muscles. LipusPlus use light with an 880nm wavelength and 1.8 W/m2.

Blue light
